Telematics data and operational use

Telematics systems may involve location data, driver identity, vehicle data, fuel data, sensor data, camera events, maintenance data and asset activity.

Such data should be used responsibly and only for lawful business purposes such as fleet management, safety, maintenance, asset protection, reporting and operational improvement.

Hardware and installation

Hardware descriptions are general and may depend on model, firmware, vehicle type, installation quality, connectivity, sensors and platform configuration.

Professional installation may be required. BCE Telematics is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, vehicle condition, unsupported equipment, third-party networks or unauthorized changes.

Software, reports and integrations

Software features, reports, alerts, dashboards and integrations may require configuration and may depend on data quality, device compatibility, third-party API availability and customer systems.

Integration timelines and outputs are defined separately after technical review. Third-party system changes may affect integrations.

Prices and payment

Unless expressly stated in a written offer, website information does not include final pricing, taxes, duties, shipping, installation costs, subscriptions or support fees.

Final commercial terms are agreed separately with each customer.
